We liked the staff and food. Room was great value. Tajmahal bbq restaurant, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. Late check out too.

During my stay over New Year's, the hotel offered free champagne and party hats which was a nice touch. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops. The view from the higher floors was amazing.

The hotel was very noisy and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The staff were not very friendly or helpful when we complained about the noise.

Additionally, there are facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna/spa, and snooker table available for guests to enjoy.

The hotel could benefit from updating some areas such as the corridor carpets and the lift waiting area.

The breakfast had various international selections of high quality. Moreover, the private facilities were exceptional, with a well-equipped health club, a modern swimming pool, and an exclusive bar/lounge area with a delightful atmosphere.

Although the staff was quick to fix it, it was disturbing to lose electricity twice in one day. However, The location was great, and the restaurant had an extensive menu, but there was no nightclub.

This hotel was located in a great area - not too busy, but with a few nice coffee shops nearby. Although it was far from the Yiwu market, it was peaceful and had a beautiful view. The room was comfortable and clean with a fast internet connection. The breakfast was extensive, featuring a sushi guy, egg guy, and soup guy, along with plenty of western options.

The room was a bit noisy at times, with sounds from the floor above and the shower next door.

The room advantages were also impressive, with massive bathrooms and high-quality furnishings. The attentive service we received only added to our positive experience. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were both exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious options for breakfast and dinner. We were also thrilled with the private facilities available, which added a touch of exclusivity to our stay.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the sauna facilities, which were not up to par with the rest of the hotel. However, this did not take away from our overall experience, and we would still highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
